Refund & Return Policy

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the 14-day window expires. You can start a return or cancellation request directly through your account at https://shopify.com/79122432245/account. If you checked out using a phone number only (no email), please use the return link in your SMS order confirmation instead.

After notifying us, you must return the items within 14 days. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. We will refund the original purchase price, including the standard outbound shipping cost. We will not refund any premium or expedited shipping charges you selected at checkout.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

Exemptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom or personalized items made to your specifications
• Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered after delivery
